son and nephew of the late dagar brothers. Teaches vocal dhrupad from his residence in the traditional guru-shishya parampara. Representative of the 20th generation of dhrupad exponents in the Dagar family. President of the Dhrupad Society of Delhi organising yearly Dhrupad festivals. Has CD recordings with prestigious labels UNESCO (Paris, France), SENSE (UK), RAGA RECORDS (USA), JECKLIN (Switzerland), MUSIC TODAY (India)... Visits on concert tours the USA and Europe yearly.
