Biography

Juee’s love for dance has born out of total surrender to the all- encompassing medium of art. Juee is as an extremely gifted young Bharatanatyam dancer who has the required zest to work hard and talent, which have groomed her into a fine proficient dancer. She is a committed disciple of India’s renowned Bharatanatyam exponent Dr. Smt. Sucheta Chapekar. Belonging to the rich tradition of the Tanjavur school of Bharatanatyam, Juee has been able to capture the true sprit and essence of this distinct school of thought through her keen observation and clever mind. Juee is currently pursuing her Masters (M.A.) in Dance from Centre for Performing Arts popularly known as Lalit Kala Kendra, University of Pune. Juee shows equal promise on both the aspects of Bharatanatyam dance technique, viz. the Nritta- the rhythmic technique as well as Abhinaya- expressional dance.
